How many drops of Peach Yogurt Flavouring do I need for a protein shake?
For a standard protein shake with approx. 300 ml of liquid, we recommend 4–8 drops. Since tastes differ and the shake base (milk, water, plant-based drink) influences perception, it's best to start with 4 drops, shake the shake well, and taste. Add more drop by drop if needed. The intense recipe ensures that even a few drops create a clearly noticeable peach yoghurt flavour.
