The European Online Dispute Resolution platform (OS platform) has been shut down since 20 July 2025. Complaints can no longer be submitted there.

2EU Consumer Mediation Bodies
If we are unable to reach an agreement, you may contact a recognised consumer dispute resolution body. The European Commission provides an overview of bodies in EU member states as well as in Norway and Iceland: consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu.
