Glycerin and Propylene Glycol – what's in the set

Two food-grade base raw materials in one bundle: 1 litre each of vegetable glycerin (E422) and propylene glycol (E1520) at 99.5% purity according to Ph. Eur./USP. Both are approved food additives and form the flavour-neutral foundation for your own recipes. The chemistry behind them is simple: glycerin (propane-1,2,3-triol, C3H8O3) is viscous, low-odour and adds body to a blend.
